Illuminated Initials (2)
Objective: Students will draw an outline around
their letter, and a small self portrait, foliage, and a frame.
Materials: pencils, paper
Procedure: Following a demonstration, students
must draw a miniature self portrait coming from the letter, a vine wrapped
around the letter, and a frame around the letter.
Assessment: A=portrait,
vine, frame(3/3) B=2/3 C=1/3 D=little effort F=no effort
